Make money with Agri-PV

Agricultural photovoltaics, also known as agri-photovoltaics, includes photovoltaic systems on agricultural land and grassland and offers the possibility of farming and generating energy on one area at the same time, thus creating dual use. On the one hand, the areas are used for agricultural production and, on the other hand, for electricity production. This topic is more topical than ever, especially in Austria.

In contrast to open-space photovoltaics, Agri-PV focuses on power generation. The generation of electricity is a positive additional effect.

In the federal states, the state governments develop land use plans that make it easier to set up and operate a PV system.
